End-to-End Fasteners

Parallel connector provide parallel connections and end-to-end tension fasteners provide the end-to-end connections between the series 40 profiles.

The spring-loaded ball locks the fastener in the T-slot which makes installation very easy. For installation of the parallel tension fastener an additional hole (offset by 90°) must be drilled. Use of a second tension fastener prevents twisting and torsion. A tension fastener should be installed every 1,000 mm.
